6. Documentation and Publication

• The organizer reserves the right to capture documentation in the form of photos, videos, or other media during the event.
• All documentation may be used for publication, promotion, or archiving purposes without compensation to participants.

7. Personal Data

• Participants personal data will be stored and used solely for administrative purposes and event execution, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• The organizer will maintain the confidentiality of participant data in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

8. Force Majeure

• The organizer shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in the event due to circumstances beyond their control, such as natural disasters, technical disruptions, pandemics, or government policies.
